I am running Outlook 2003. When I attempt to click any link, that is
contained within a message, I receive the following message: "This operation
has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please
contact your system administrator" This is a stand-alone home pc running XP
Home Edition which has been upgraded to SP2. This message was occuring
before upgrading to SP2. I have not made any changes to the PC since
installing XP almost a year ago. Please tell me how to get rid of this
message and open links that I receive within my e-mail messages. Thanks.
