On our internal website a form was created to enter tasks. This form is also
linked to an access database. We were able to access this and make entries
and changes from time to time. We recently tried to access this form and get
the message "no records returned" We have restored the database from backup
and it worked for a while and then back to the same message. What do you
think is causing this problem? Let me know if you require additional
information.
