Error Message - OLE object isn't an OLE object

I'm trying to get my Combo Box to work and now I get this message:

"Data Entry Form: The object you referenced in the VB procedure as an OLE
Object isn't an OLE object"

I'm not posting any pictures. Just trying to get the info from the combo
box up on the form.

I do have a macro to "SetValue" for each field.

Also, my links in the Relationships Keep Disapearing.
