Error message OLE server

I just called a form from another form that was existing before , and i had
no problems with it. i add a new form called from that from and i get this
error message : the expression on click you entered as the event ... a
problem occured while access was comunicating with the OLE server or activex
control ...

i don t have an activex control on either of those forms ...

The tables seems also fine when i check them out ???

Where could the problem come from ?
