Error Message on 'Force Check-In Enterprise Objects' Page

All,
When I attempted to force check-in one of my enterprise projects, I realized
that the 'Check-In' button was grayed-out. What is the problem? Help!!

Yes, I checked the box. However, the 'CheckIn' box remained grayed-out.
