Error Message on Startup

Since I upgraded to Norton Internet Security 2004, every
time I start Outlook I get an error message upon logon.
Then, starting it is OK.

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 10.0.4510.0,
faulting module skchui.dll, version 1.0.1038.0, fault
address 0x00030a63.

What's the problem, folks?
