Error message OX800CCC78

I'm unable to send messages as of recently with Outlook 2002. The error
messages says OX800CCC78, authentication required. Can anyone help? It seems
to have not been working as of the time I upddating to Windows Update Service
Pack 2. Thanks

Thanks for the reply, I tried it and it doesn't work. I don't know what to do!

You need to authenticate to the outgoing server for your account, which you
can set up on the "Outgoing server" tab for your account.
