Error Message: Paper Sized Mismatched

I am working in Word 2007 and using a HP Photosmart C4480 printer. When I
try to print customized envelope size it will have a error message that
says"Paper sized mismatched load large plain paper" it will print regular
size envelopes fine. Any ideas?
