ERROR MESSAGE......PLEASE HELP!

Hello,
i keep getting the following error

There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your
Password was rejected. Account: 'pop3.cogeco.ca',
Server: 'pop3.cogeco.ca', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR authentication failed', Port: 110, Secure
(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number:
0x800CCC92

......my POP3 and SMTP should be configured correctly and
if they are not i'm not AT ALL sure how to fix that and
it asks me for a password that i never set!! someone
please help me or tell me who to contact for help!!

You're going to have to find out what your password is somehow - with out
the proper password, you won't be able to connect to the mail server.

ok but also my POP3 and SMTP are not configured correctly
either and i dont know how to fix that!?

You'll have to get the proper settings from your ISP, as the settings are
different for each ISP - people in this group won't be able to help.
