Error Message "some rules were not applied"

Hi,

I have a form, with some controls on it, and few text boxes are
mandatory. When the user just submit's the form without filling the
mandatory fields, infopath throws the error message saying that "some
rules were not applied", blah...blah... with the field required.

Now, my question is

"Is there are any way where I can modify the infopath generated
message {some rules were not applied} to my own elegant message, say
{Please fill in the mandatory fields} etc?"

Sure, you can check the error board on submit and throw your own message.
Should be discussed in the SDK.
