Error message trying to recover deleted items

User receives the following error going into 'Recover
Deleted Items', then Outlook closes:

OUTLOOK.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error
log is being created.

Any ideas? Let me know. Thanks.
