Error Message when exiting Outlook 2002 after printing

If I print an email using the default printer without expanding the email
(clicking on the header to fill the screen), the next time I exit Outlook I
receive a Mocrosoft Outlook error message. "Microsoft Outlook has encountered
a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." In the
body of the message it has a box that is already checked "Restart Microsoft
Outlook". Then I get a chance to send or not send an Error Report. If I send
it, MS tells me they are no longer supporting this program. If I "Don't
Send", Outlook restarts.

If I expand the email and use any printer "default printer" or not, I do not
get the error the next time I exit.

Any ideas?
