Error Message when Outlook is opened

[E. Ok.]

Upon opening Outlook I get the following message:
"The procedure GetIUMS could not be located in the
dynamic link library MSDART.DLL" This message pops up on
the screen, and when I click 'OK' it reappears about 3-4
more times before it stops. Does anyone have a
suggestion for how to fix this?
