Error message when pushing send/receive button

Hello, I just installed Outlook 2003 and it worked beautifully. Then I moved
the PC to a different location and restarted the PC. Everything looks normal,
but when I press the send/receive button, I get the error message (translated
from my language so maybe not 100%):

"You do not have proper/sufficient acces to this perform this function".
Very confused and frustrated. Help would be greatly appreciated in Oslo,
Norway

Hi camel,

Do you have other problems in the new location? For example, can you connect
to the Internet? Can you use IM programs? Etc?
