error message when quiting access

Hello,
In a program I wrote, I get an error message every time I quit the program,
as follows:
The table 'TempMSysAccessObjects' already exists
This error message did not appear at the beginning, and it suddenly started
appearing a few weeks ago.
Does anybody know what this means?

The situation is covered by the article, but it regards only access97 or
earlier.
I'm using access 2000, and tried to open my program (accidently) using
access97 a few weeks ago. I'm not sure, but maybe this is what caused the
problem.
Anyway, I tried doing what was written in the article, and it didn't help.
I did notice now that the tables "MSysAccessObjects" and "MSysCompactError"
appear on my tables list, even though I cleared the tab from the System
Objects box in the view tab (Tools > Options > View Tab).
Any suggestions?
