error message when quitting outlook express v. 6

HI there I keep receiving a message after quitting
outlook express saying:


msimn.exe -Application Error

The instruction at "0x77f83907" referenced memory
at "0x009b4ddc". the memory could not be "written". Click
OK to terminate the program.

BTW I kept having the w32.Swen.A worm for 2 days...did
all the steps to remove it following symantek's
advise ...run the removal tool for it and the scan and it
seems my laptop is clean now , only outlook keeps giving
this message and also i keep receiving a funny beep that
was never there when i open internet explorer.
