Recently I have come accross about 6 computers with this same problem over
the last 3 weeks and are unable to fix it.

When you close Microsoft Outlook 2003 its hangs for about 5 seconds.
(Outlook closes but remains on the taskbar) Then you get the above memory
error.

It would seem that maybe something is stopping outlook from closing.
This is not the case, no extra add ons etc. removed Outlook, repaired but
still the same. no virus or malware on these computer. The computers are all
at different locations.

From what the customers say, it happened after some sort of Microsoft
update! what I do not know.

Can anyone please help?

Kind Regards

Stewart.

Does it also happen if you start Outlook in Safe Mode (Start -> Run ->
outlook.exe /safe)?

Can you find anything in the Event Viewer that would indicate what
module causes the error?
