Error message when replying

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I have an end user who gets this error "Microsoft Entourage has encountered a problem and needs to close." This error appears when they are replying to certain emails. Tried several things and they don't seem to fix the issue. Rebuild the database, fixed permissions, emptied the cache, etc.

Has anyone else run into this issue?
