Error message when save as..

Windows XP - Word 2002.

When I do a "save as" I get an error message saying:
"Intern dataintegritet (type4) 1

Can you help me with a solution or an explanation?

While you're posting using a Mac, for WinWord questions, you'll probably
do better to post in a group not dedicated to Word for Macintosh,
perhaps

microsoft.public.word.application.errors

Or

microsoft.public.de.word
