error message when trying to set up rule for junk mail

When trying to move junk mail to a junk mail folder, I get the following error: Outlook Caused General Protection Fault MMSystem.DLL @ 0004:00000 db3. I used the following steps: Organize, create rule, move to junk mail.

What could be causing this error?
