Error Message When Trying to Upgrade toEntourage Web Services Edition (Free Download)

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I have tried several methods to upgrade Entourage 2008 to the Web Edition,with no luck! I am running Office 2008 with SP2, on a Mac Mini running OS X 10.5.7 Leopard.

All of these attempts resulted in reinstalling Office 2008, still no luck getting the upgrade to take. The error message reads: A version of the software required to install this update was not found on this volume.

Is my version of Office 2008 not able to be upgraded?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

it's a possibility.
Either you have a version of Entourage that doesn't support Exchange
(family edition?) or you haven't updated all the way to 12.2.1.

This is used in a large organization, so highly doubtful we are using family edition. Also, I have upgraded to Office 2008 Service Pack 2, a while ago!
