I am trying to upload an encrypted Excel file, to a server
using Internet Explorer 5.2, however, I get the following
message.
"The attempt to load Accessing URL:
https://edrapprod.Statcan.ca/upload/send.aspx"
Any ideas what causes this problem, and what I can do
about it? Could it be a browser configuration or an
Internet Service Provider issue?
