Hi guys,
i made a query (with the help of you guys) to allow me to
search for dept, location and gold tag # using queries. I decided i wanted
to make it look professional so i use report to create a good looking
spreadsheet for the query. once i click on the report it opens up to the
query i input information and get to preview the report. I then put the
button on a switchboard for ease of use, but it only works sometimes.
ex. if i close access and reopen i either get an error message or nothing or
after a while it works.
ex.2 it works but if i press cancel , it doesnt work for a while then
decides to work.
Note: the query works all the time i thought it may be the query but i used
that button and it works like a charm. but i would really like the report
view better.
