Error message with SendObject Method

Usin A2003 and A 2007. Outlook 2007.

I am getting the error message below when sending mail from my applications.
using the Sendobject method, tried with Macro and Code.
problem in both versions of Access.
The proble arose this morning, everythiong was working fine until now.
Nothing has been changed.
This does not happen on other PCs with the same applications.

I can send E Mails from the applications in A2007 using the smart tags.

There is no "Previous message" refered to in the Error Message.

Error Message:
Before attempting to send an e mail from NameofSystem, resolve the problem
identified in the previous message or reconfigure your computer to send and
receive e mail messages.
Message Ends

Any suggestions?
