When attempting to publish to web, I get the following

This looks like a permissions problem on the host.
If you're able:
1. Open the remote site's root Web in FrontPage.
2. Choose Server from the Tools menu, and then
Administration Home.
3. Under Server Health, click Check Server Health.
4. Select all the check boxes and then click Submit.
If that doesn't fix the problem, or if you don't have
permission to do it, contact your host.
