Error Message

I try to post in a Newsgroup (e-mail is okay) and I get an
error message saying "440 posting not allowed" also has a
code of "0x800CCCA9".

Can someone help me by telling how to fix this?

Have you tried searching the Microsoft web site? If you do a search on the
error code, you will get several hits.
