Error message

I have an error message that will not go away like a bad
cold (I hope that does not translate to "virus").
Recently, I sent an e-mail as usual to friend. I started
receiving an MS Outlook dialogue box that stated an error
had occured related to sending the e-mail.

The message stated that "Some error occured while
processing the requested tasks. Please review the list of
errors below for more details".

Under the Errors tab, it reads in part, "The message could
not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server.....". This message continued on in technical
terms relating to my ISP's server, ect.

My problem is not sending the original e-mail. That matter
was resolved by just resending it.

My problem is this dialogue box that tells me there was an
error, and does not tell me how to resolve the problem,
keeps popping up. It shows its ugly face sometimes as
often as every 20 minutes, even as I am typing this request
for help.

How do I rid myself of this pest.

Thanks
