In clicking on the Personal Folders tab in Outlook 2003, I get the following error message
"The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in the dynamic link MSDART.DLL
After clicking on this error message window several times, it went away & I was able to add a new folder to my Personal Folders list.
What is this error message all about? It also appears whenever I open Windows Media Player
