I have a stand alone PC running Windows XP Home Edition which has been
upgraded with SP2. I use Outlook 2003 for my e-mail. Whenever I receive an
e-mail message that contains a link that I wish to open, I receive the
following message: "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator". Please
tell me how to remove this error message.
