Error Message

Hi!
I have a problem. I got the message:
You are trying to publish a non-enterprise project to ProjectServer. The
security settings on the server do not allow this.
Do somebody know this message?
What is the difference between a enterprise and a non-enterprise project?

Thank you for helping! I tried to do this but it doesn't work. But I solved
the problem it was only a checkbox on the server.
