error message

Many times I'm receiving this message when I want to
forward to somebody else an e-mail that I just received.

Message: 550 not local host igloovikski.com, not a gateway

What that means and how I can fix this.

Usually that means that you're using an SMTP server that's not on the same
network/ISP as you are.
