I hope you meant to say "a TRIAL of Office 2003" as the full version isn't
legally available for download except via a TechNet or MSDN subscription.

You could have found your answer if you'd bothered to Google, because this
is asked and answered several times a day. You have a corrupt download,
you'll need to download it again.
