Outlook 2002 with SP3 and security, Win 2000
Can not access outlook getting message 0x80040116 unable
to send and receive. Also can not seem to see my
contacts. Was working 100 percent until sudden blue
screen computer restarted and then this happened. Have
taken program off and reloaded plus done the repair and
fix program plus have done all the newest downloads
suggested on web. Can anyone else give me some light on
the subject. Possibly a paper for this error number
