In the future, try this. Note the error that you are receiving (maybe,
click n' drag to copy the error number to the clipboard). Then, note at the
top, right-hand corner of the Microsoft page for the text box labeled "Search
Microsoft.com for:" and paste the error number in the box. Click GO. The
Microsoft search engine has been updated to find error messages more quickly
and it works nicely.

regarding Outlook Express or Microsoft address book that I'm having PLEASE
let me know if I can e-mail you with them. I am new to this newsgroup and I'm
being told that some of the postings that I've made regarding errors I've
been getting I should not have posted to this discussion group. Thank You
