How do I fix an error message that says.... Could not complete the operation.
One or more peremater values are not valid......

I am trying to send an email to my yahoo address as a test and it will not
work.

If you have a free Yahoo mail account in the yahoo.com domain, then you cannot
use Outlook to access it. Yahoo requires a paid account for that.
