Error Message

I've been trying to download a message sent using msword.
My computer has Windows Me and iclude Word Perfect and
Microsoft Works. I cannot convert the document and keep
getting the following error message:

WordPad has caused an error in MSWRD832,CNV. WordPad will
now close.

How can i deal with this?

Ask the sender to save the file in RTF format. You will be able to open that
in either WordPerfect or WordPad.
