This is a new problem that arose in the middle of an otherwise normal day of
sending and receiving lots of emails. I was connected to my ISP and was
sending emails using mail merge in Outlook BCM. I had successfully sent about
850 emails with only 50 more to do.
A "Enter Network Password" window appeared and when I entered the password
to re-connect to my ISP (I expected a temporary line disconnection) the same
window kept coming back. This pop-up normally appears each morning because I
have not clicked the "save password" option.
The password itself is not the problem because I have confirmed with my ISP
and through remote computer access checks that everything is fine with my
account.
I also have an off-site website and it is downloading messages successfully,
using a different email account and password.
I have Norton 2006 Internet Security and when I disbale it the problem
persists.
I am being told it is an Outlook problem.
Except for this problem, Outlook is working normally.
Can anyone help me?
