When an error message comes up while saving files, why do the help topics offered usually not relate specifically to the particular error? Instead they offer solutions to what often seem unrelated problems, leaving me frustrated and baffled about what to do to resolve the specific problem. If the program can recognise the problem sufficiently to describe it, why can't it offer an immediate and targetted solution, instead of sending me on a wild goose chase, troubleshooting unrelated (or only peripherally related) issues?
