hi all,
i keep getting the following error message when using outlook 2003 when i
try to create,edit,or reply to an email: "word is unavailable, not installed
or is not the same version as outlook"
i have followed the support via http://support.microsoft.com/kb/906307/en-us
but still have no joy.
is it possible that office 2003 has been updated (via updates) and is now
asking for a newer version of word ?
if this is the case what would that update be called? so i could de-install
it.
after every step in the above article i have re-booted the machine.
