Error messages

Can't seem to get my outlook settings right. using my own domain email and
gmail through outlook but getting these messages. Overseas so can only send
through gmail in outlook as i don't know the ISP username and password.

This says that gmail.com can't talk to daltonwineltd.com's server; that
daltonwineltd.com's server is answering the connect but then not responding
any further. Your issue is with whomever controls the server named
mail.daltonwinltd.com
