Error: Method not allowed

I created a simple web that has a series of questions for
a survey. I published the web to my ISP's web hosting
feature to test out the survey. The ISP does support FP
Extensions; forms counters etc.. Here is the
issue...Upon finishing the survey the users clicks on
submit; which should take the results to a text file I
created then to a confirmation page. However when you
click on submit, you get this error: Method not allowed
an error has occurred. No error number or anything. I
thought it might be a frame issue. I have a title frame
with the title of the survey an a secondary frame with an
intro page then the survey. I created the form from the
built in wizard. Any help is greatly appreciated

TIA

Provide a URL of the page
- if sending to email (does the host have email transport enabled)
- or writing results to a file its the location in a folder w/ write permissions (_private)

Thanks for responding.....
URL - http://mywebpages.comcast.net/testsurvey/
I did take out the frame from the first page and made the
survey the entire page. Now I get error 405 - resource
not allowed.

I have the results going to a plain txt document....the
second part of your response I dont quite understand;
the .txt file is in the private folder and I assume it
has the correct permissions...how do you check that?

Comcast.net does not support the FP Server Extensions
- required to use forms (and any of the FP run time components)
Contact them for a forms handler

Thats very interesting..... I have a website running a
form that gets results just fine off of comcast.net; and
according to their site they do support forms because
they have an FAQ about form results. I would say that
in "theory" they support FP server extensions, in
practice they might have some technical difficulties. I
need to run this test for the survey on some hosting
company that supports forms. Any ideas? Are there any
trial or free ones just to try and test this site?
Thanks
