Ari Fikri

Hi all,

I'm just join this group, so please excuse me if I ask to the wrong
group.
Well, I have some problem.
I've created some page using FP2003, (www.waynekerrtest.eu) It has a
search page and a survey form
if I press the submit button in the survey form, it did nothing and if
I submit
a search criteria in the search page it shows this message :

FrontPage Run-Time Component Page

You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a
web server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you
publish this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server
Extensions installed.

Click the <Back> arrow to return to the previous page

I can see that the page already has FPSE running but I still get this
error.
Can someone tell me what the problem is ?

Previously the job was belong to my coleague and I modify it for other
different
language.

Thanks for your help, guys.

Ari

No, the error means that they are not installed.

The error message comes from _derived/nortbots.htm. This occurs when a
page or website is FTPed to the server instead of being HTTP published to
the server.
Since FTP can corrupt the FrontPage extensions you may have to reinstall
the extensions.
Then publish your web site using File->Publish Site. Make sure the
location you are publishing to is of the form http://example.com
