ERROR mouse touching TOOLS "crash"

I open word and touch "TOOLS" to spellcheck or make an envelope and crash
The next time I open word the document is missing and the Document1, Documents2, ect are missing and the document number advances. I've removed the program and reinsalled, Any help out there will be greatly appreciated

You will need to clean out your hard drive after these crashes. See the

The problem you have is probably caused by a corrupt printer driver. Check
with the printer manufacturer's Internet site and make sure that you have
the latest driver and then delete and reinstall the printer.
