Recently reinstalled MS software (Windows ME and MS Office
2000 Small Business). Cannot open Word. Error message:
WINWORD has caused an error in MS09.DLL. Have reinstalled
Office and problem persists. How to correct?

FWIW, you'll have more luck searching for the error if you use MSO9.DLL, not
MS09.DLL (it's MSO for Microsoft Office). A common mistake.
