error msg 0x800ccc0e

When I try to send a message, I get the error msg
(0x800ccc0e). I have the smtp set correctly. Any help?

That means that Outlook can't connect to your server. Usually this is
caused by a firewall, anti-virus or anti-spam software, or something
similar. You might try turning any such programs off one at a time to see
which is causing the problem.
