error msg 1311 - tried recommended fix - didn't work, now what?

re: MS Office Home and Student 2007 - Initial set up from disk drive failed-
rec'd "error message 1311. Source file not found: E:\filename.CAB. Verify
that this file exists and that you can access it.". Tried recommended fix
(Save to file, click set up from file on C drive) but got the same result.
What should I be trying next?
