Error Msg #1918

[Herb Valencia]

MS Word no longer accessible. Have tried to
uninstall/reinstall Windows ME, both MS Works & Word to no
avail. When trying to reinstall MS Word I get the
following error msg.:

Cannot reinstall Word 2000 error msg # 1918. Error
installing ODBC driver MS *txt *csy, ODBC error 13.

The reinstall procees then ends & the computer restarts
itself.

Any suggestions?
