Error msg in business contacts reads: Array index out of bounds

I am using Office Professional 2003 and when I click on a business contact t
just brings up a regular contact card instead of the business contact card.
The error message reads "Array of index out of bounds". When I hit "OK" it
says to contact my administrator. What do i need to do in order to get the
business contact card to appear again?

What the version of Bcm that you are running if you are not sure go to help
About BCM and check out the version if it.If it say 1.0 ...etc download

and install SP 1 for BCM

Also try clearing the cache by going to tools > options > other > advanced
options > custom forms > manage forms > hightlight each forms and clear the
cache
