error msg when starting up outlook

frustated setting up the account

the msg is "your microsoft exchange server is unavailable" and when i click
the work offline button the program could not open the default email folders
and it state that my account is not properly configured.

is there a way to overwrite this step and go to the option menu in the
program so that i can setup my imap account.
