Error msg when using Word as text Editor

Hello,
We have a problem in Microsoft Outlook 2002 (10.4712.4219)
SP-2.
When using Word as text editor in Outlook, some users
receive an error message and then we can not use Word as
text (no langue, no translate etc.)
The message is:
App.Name Winword.exe App.Ver. 10.0.522.0
Mod.Name msgrit32.dll
Mod.Ver 3.0.0.35
Offset: 00057f3d
